This policy covers Secret How Uploader and the research tools of The Secret How. Only the channel owner uses these tools, on one private computer. They have no public users and no sign-up.

YouTube API Services

These tools use YouTube API Services. By viewing our videos on YouTube, you also fall under the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

What the tools use

• Our own accounts. The uploader signs in to The Secret How's YouTube account and posts our videos with their titles, descriptions and covers. It reads back those videos to check them.
• Public YouTube data. The research tools read public video titles, view counts, channel numbers and public comments, to choose topics and improve our videos. Comments that people leave on our videos are read so that we can reply.

Who receives this data

Public comment text can go to Jev (TypeSafe) to sort it. Links to public videos can go to Google Gemini to study them. We do not sell data. We do not use it for advertising.

Storage

Sign-in keys stay on the private computer and are not shared. Data about other channels, with its comment text, is deleted after 30 days.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies, and the tools store nothing on your device.

Withdraw access or ask for deletion

The account owner can remove the uploader's access at any time at Google's security settings page. To ask a question, or to ask us to delete data about you, write to thesecrethow.studio@gmail.com.
